When a challenging situation becomes overwhelming, whether personal or work related, the impact can be devastating for the individual and their family. TNIBF can provide support during this time covering a wide range of needs relating to financial difficulties; sickness, changes in family circumstances, loss of employment, disability, cost of living concerns etc.
People are often worried about debt and whilst we cannot help directly with this, we signpost to reputable non profit providers of debt solutions who will give free confidential advice. The Fund often provides temporary financial support whilst an individual explores solutions to a debt free future.
TNIBF also has a bursary scheme that supports the future of the industry by awarding one off grants to those struggling financially to support their chosen educational route.
The TNIBF Community Grant is available to organisations whose mission is directly or indirectly related to the relief of financial hardship in the UK nuclear industry or communities local to nuclear sites
